The Bebras Challenge is a free online challenge for all students in both primary and secondary education and is suitable for students that have not yet chosen STEM subjects. The challenge is all about informatics and computational thinking and is used as an fun introduction to this field.
Participants have to solve questions that are related to informatics, algorithms, data structures, data processing, logic and puzzles. The topics may appear hard, but no prior knowledge is required. The tasks are set in a way that they can be solved with logical thinking. The teachers will be given a solution guide with background information on how to incorporate the subjects into their classroom.
